CARDIO CROSSTRAIN Monday 8:30am A combination of cardio, strength, flexibility and balance in 60 minutes all designed to cover all the important aspects of fitness in a circuit style class. YOGA Tuesday & Thursday 8:30am This Yoga class welcomes everyone, regardless of fitness level or yoga experience. Your teacher will help you gently move into basic yoga postures at a slow pace and build to more of a challenge over time. We will ask you to listen to your body and adjust your practice to work at your own pace. (Participants may bring their own yoga mat) BODYFIT Tuesday & Thursday 5:15pm This class is an energetic full body 60 minute class, combining low impact cardio with muscle work & stretching CARDIO CORE Wednesday 8:30am A unique 60 minute workout that is designed to strengthen and challenge every muscle in the body using a low impact cardio workout with lots of creative core work. MUSCLE MIX Friday 8:30am An energized 60 minute workout that combines dumbbells and bands. WATER WORKOUT Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10am A 60 minute fun and refreshing way to get a great Workout without and strain or impact on your joints.
